What is the turn around time custom invitation / digital download? When will I receive the final files?
You will receive design proofs for your custom digital download within 48 hours of purchase. If you order over a weekend or Holiday, please expect a slight delay in that time frame.
Digital downloads that do not require customization and Canva Templates are available immediately after purchase.
When will I get my order?
For physical products on Shop Disco (banners, apparel, bags, license plates, etc.) the average time from purchase to delivery has been 5-10 days for all of our recent orders, with no delays or issues. Unpredictable and inconvenient USPS/shipping issues — that are out of our control — can always pop up and add a day or two on. I understand a lot of my customers need their orders by a specific date/for an event. Most of our products are shipped from a print production studio, not my home, just to be transparent!
We STRONGLY urge you to make purchases ahead of time and leave some wiggle room for USPS/Fed Ex/DHL/etc. delays. It’s rare, but it happens and it's better to be safe than sorry, as we cannot take returns if it arrives to you later than your event/when you needed it.
Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be fulfilled the following week.
When will I receive tracking info?
You will receive shipping + tracking information via email once your order is processed!
My tracking hasn’t updated / it looks like my package has been lost. What do I do?
Once your order is shipped out and it is in the hands of the shipping provider (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) we are unable to intervene. Please reach out to the shipping provider so they can provide more information on your packages location.
If this happens, please email jess.shopdisco@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee anything, but we will do our best to help get in contact with the shipping provider with you and find a solution.
Can I cancel/return my order?
Cancellations are available if requested within 1 hour of making the purchase. After 1 hour, the order has been processed and sent to production and cannot be cancelled or modified — this includes customization, address, and amount changes.
We are unable to allow orders to be returned or exchanged. In the event that your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please reach out (jess.shopdisco@gmail.com) so we can asses the order and see if a reprint or refund will be approved.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
If an item arrives damaged, please email a photo and description to jess.shopdisco@gmail.com. We will evaluate the damage and can submit a reprint request, if needed.
Please keep in mind that once a package leaves my possession and is in the hands of the shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) Shop Disco does not have any control over how they handle the delivery.
Is Shop Disco open 24/7?
Technically, yes. The Shop Disco online shop is open 24/7 - orders can be placed at any time!
All email inquiries should expect a response within 48 hours but please keep in mind that Shop Disco Studio is closed on the weekends and holidays.
There is something in your shop that I want to add custom text to - can you do that?
Most likely, yes! Pretty much all of our products can be completely customized. Shoot Jess an email at jess.shopdisco@gmail.com with details about what you'd like customized and she can let you know whether or not it can be done.
I need my order to arrive in two days! Can I do next day shipping?
Unfortunately, we cannot do next day shipping. Products are made to order which means the production of an item begins only after a confirmed customer order is received. Most of our products are also custom — so there is a 1-3 day production time frame before shipping itself.
Can you work on a custom order with me? I have an idea for something that I think you can execute!
